I second the notion of Jodi Picoult books as books to make you cry – they’re always such heavy topics, but she deals with them with such grace. It’s amazing.
I also really like Sophie Kinsella. She’s amazing! I also really like Cecelia Ahern and Gemma Burgess.
Jodi Picoult definitely deals with the heavy topics very well. I haven’t read any Cecelia Ahern or Gemma Burgess yet, but I’ve seen them in the store a lot
I cried so much reading If I Stay. I hope the film is just as good. The Distance Between Us is on my to read list.
