Chris asked me towards the end of 2015 what my favorite moments from the year were. It was honestly really hard to even think of some of the things we did! We took a number of trips, started planning for the future (at least as far as housing is concerned), and thought about what we want to do with our lives. While we had somewhat of a hermit-esque existence throughout the year, we grew closer and really enjoyed ourselves. My goal in 2016 is to spend more time out of the apartment – taking more trips, seeing more friends, and doing more fun things.
In honor of this (and the fact that I’ve been wanting to get a little more personal for some reason), I decided to share my top 12 moments from 2015 as well as my top 12 books from 2015. Yes, I’ll be sharing one from each month! Feel free to write your own post if you’re still in a reflective mood, and link to me in the comments.

This is honestly just the cutest idea ever! I loved getting a glimpse of what your 2015 was like, both in your personal and bookish life 😉
Thank you 🙂 <3
I love this post! What a fantastic way to commemorate your year! I’m also pleased to see that Split Second was one of your runner’s up because I LOVED Pivot Point and I order Split Second immediately after finishing. It should be here any day now!
YESS! I hope you enjoy it 😀
I love this! What a fun way to do a recap of your year. It looks like you had a lot of great adventures. 😀 I now want to build a fort. Seriously.
You should!! It’s the BEST.
Oh this was adorable!! Seems like you had a great year doing lots of fun stuff and you definitely read lots of great books. I think this is an awesome recap!!
Thank you! <3
This is so cute! Especially in January, when you were staying in blanket fort for 2 weeks. It’s such a cute and fun experience! I’m glad you seem to had a lot of fun in 2015 🙂
Thank you! It was a really good year.
Awe! I love this post, Lauren!
I need to start getting outside of my house more, but 2015 was no bueno for me. 🙁 Oh well. There’s always this year! 🙂
Aw, I love this feature! It’s also so interesting to see what you were reading and what was going on in your life at the same time! (I feel like it would be interesting to go back and think about the correlation between what I was reading during certain pivotal times during my life, and if that had any impact!)
